💕 Salon Re- Open 💕
I wanted to let you know what we've been up to since we've been able to reopen and have a little catch up.
It has been a very hectic busy few weeks.....
I am so grateful to be able to be back open and to see all you wonderful people, it's been lovely to be able to chat and catch up.
Although obviously it's been a little bit strange that I've not been able to hug and spend too much close contact time with you guys. I hope everyone who's been back to see us enjoyed their treatments.
Lockdown was really hard on lots of us wasn't it, whether it was mentally, financially, health wise, and stress.
How am I helping combat the stress?....So I've decided to take onboard some fitness advice of my amazing clients and some of you may be reading this, I am taking your advice. And I have started to do some running. So I am doing the couch to 5k run. I've started doing it and it makes me feel so much better and I have lots more energy. So thank you so much for all the advice and the fitness advice and wellness advice from you lovely people. It's been very, very greatly appreciated.
I also want to say thank you to you for contacting us messaging us checking in seeing if we're okay. The cards, Facebook comments and bottles of fizz were gratefully appreciated. We've loved seeing the smiles on your faces, even through face masks!!! To be able to re open the salon was such an amazing feeling, as you know I don't just see my job as a job. It's a passion and a calling. And I get such a sense of pride and joy during the treatments that I offer to to you lovely people. I'm absolutely loving being back in the salon and being able to offer treatments again to everybody. Thank you so much for coming back and trusting us. Not too too much has changed in the salon. Obviously, we're following the COVID guidelines and we ask you to fill in COVID forms and keep your face masks on during your treatments, where applicable.
Mason started School
What else have we been up to? Our little one Mason has started school. He's absolutely loving it. Which means I will be doing more school hours in the Gainsborough Salon. Mason got a gold star for settling in school so well and he's also started a breakfast club which I didn't know the school did so I can start earlier in a morning. I'm still also going to the other salons in Northallerton, Halifax, Lincoln and Scunthorpe.
Feeling Grateful.....Mason helped put together your gratitude rocks that you've been receiving in your treatment bags, we hope you get as much comfort out of them as we do xx

Some of you may know Darren's background was in senior management retail. And with the COVID situation and not knowing when the salon was or was not allowed to reopen, he went back into retail to keep the pennies coming in, were so proud of him. So he for the short term is staying in retail as well as working in the salon until we know what is happening with COVID and the winter months. He does have some clinic days still available in the salon. They are available. If you want to contact me directly, I can tell you the available dates he has for facials and hot stone massages. Darren is enjoying doing his facial treatments that he's been able to do in between working back in retail.
Moving Forward...Exciting News
Moving forward I will be popping some offers on for facials and hot stone massages packages for the winter months. I'm really looking forward to showing you the different winter packages that we have on offer soon.

Meet Rachel our newest team member at Jody knight 💕
Rachel who owns mink_rejuvenation will be holding a guest slot here once a month offering some unique aesthetic treatments. She’s been here before but with so much more to offer now....
From Botox and fillers 💉 to body contouring, vaginal rejuvenation, vitamin injections and mole removal. Something for everyone.
Rachel has a number of qualifications and has been nursing for 18 years in multiple different health care settings from ICU to gynaecology and is currently a community Matron and Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
Qualifications include
MSc in Advanced Nursing Practice
Independent prescriber with a V300
BSc in Adult Nursing
Teaching Cert
Diploma in long term conditions
And she is a very royal Queens 👸 Nurse for the QNI..
