Service Description

This is the initial TEST run where Jody will work on a small area of your scalp as a test piece to see how it will heal. You will then 4-6 weeks later come back for a review of the test patch and together discuss how many sessions you may require to achieve the desired result. Results can give male clients the shaved-head look and reduce the contrast between the hair and scalp. It is also an effective treatment for camouflaging all types of scarring. This treatment is available for both men and women. A free consultation prior is advised.

Cancellation Policy

Treatment Cancellations Our goal is to provide quality treatments in a timely manner. In order to do so we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. The policy enables us to better utilise available appointments for our clients. Your appointment time has been specially reserved for you, should you be unable to keep your appointment 7 days notice is required. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a charge for the time and/or full prepayment of your next booking which will be non-refundable. Booking fees are non refundable, unless 7 days notice is given. In order to be respectful, please be courteous and call Jody Knight promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is requiring a treatment.  To cancel appointments please call Tel:07540723071 at least 7 days before your appointment is due. If you do not reach Jody Knight, you may leave a detailed message on the voice mail. You may not cancel via email. No shows for general treatments, if you do not attend your treatment and fail to inform us you will forfeit your booking fee and have to re pay a booking fee to have another appointment. No shows for permanent makeup, if you do not attend your appointment and fail to inform us you will be charged a colour boost fee to have another appointment. Kindest Regards Jody & Team
