During your appointment, I'll assess your existing PMU, discuss your goals, and explain the laser removal and saline salt removal processes in detail. We'll go over how many sessions you may need, aftercare, and what to expect in terms of fading and skin healing. Your safety and comfort are my priority, so I'll also check your skin suitability and answer any questions you have. Cancellation Policy
Treatment Cancellations Our goal is to provide quality treatments in a timely manner. In order to do so we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. The policy enables us to better utilise available appointments for our clients. Your appointment time has been specially reserved for you, should you be unable to keep your appointment 7 days notice is required. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a charge for the time and/or full prepayment of your next booking which will be non-refundable. Booking fees are non refundable, unless 7 days notice is given. In order to be respectful, please be courteous and call Jody Knight promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is requiring a treatment. To cancel appointments please call Tel:07540723071 at least 7 days before your appointment is due. If you do not reach Jody Knight, you may leave a detailed message on the voice mail. You may not cancel via email. No shows for general treatments, if you do not attend your treatment and fail to inform us you will forfeit your booking fee and have to re pay a booking fee to have another appointment. No shows for permanent makeup, if you do not attend your appointment and fail to inform us you will be charged a colour boost fee to have another appointment. Kindest Regards Jody & Team
