At my Gainsborough clinic, every skin rejuvenation journey starts with a completely free, no-pressure consultation. Whether you're looking to improve the appearance of your hands, neck, or chest, this is your chance to ask questions, understand the treatment, and discover what’s right for you. During your consultation, we’ll: Discuss your skin concerns and goals Review your medical history and suitability Carry out a patch test Explain the treatment process and expected results Talk about how to prepare before your session There’s no rush, no sales pressure—just honest, expert advice. 📝 Before Your Treatment – Pre-Procedure Advice To get the best possible results, please follow these simple steps before your laser appointment: Avoid sunbeds, tanning, or fake tan on the area for 2 weeks prior Do not use retinol, glycolic acid, or exfoliating products for 5–7 days before Do not book if you have active infections, rashes, or broken skin Arrive with clean, product-free skin Let us know if you’ve had any new medications, Botox, or fillers recently Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your session We want your skin in the best condition so we can treat it safely and effectively.

Cancellation Policy

Treatment Cancellations Our goal is to provide quality treatments in a timely manner. In order to do so we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. The policy enables us to better utilise available appointments for our clients. Your appointment time has been specially reserved for you, should you be unable to keep your appointment 7 days notice is required. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a charge for the time and/or full prepayment of your next booking which will be non-refundable. Booking fees are non refundable, unless 7 days notice is given. In order to be respectful, please be courteous and call Jody Knight promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is requiring a treatment. To cancel appointments please call Tel:07540723071 at least 7 days before your appointment is due. If you do not reach Jody Knight, you may leave a detailed message on the voice mail. You may not cancel via email. No shows for general treatments, if you do not attend your treatment and fail to inform us you will forfeit your booking fee and have to re pay a booking fee to have another appointment. No shows for permanent makeup, if you do not attend your appointment and fail to inform us you will be charged a colour boost fee to have another appointment. Kindest Regards Jody & Team
