No bulk payments—just track your treatments and enjoy your reward. 📋 Pre-Treatment Advice: To ensure your skin is in the best condition, please follow this advice: No sun exposure, sunbeds, or fake tan on the area for 2 weeks prior Discontinue use of retinol, glycolic/salicylic acid, or exfoliants for 5–7 days before Do not book if you have active rashes, infections, or broken skin Arrive with clean, product-free skin (no moisturiser, makeup, or perfume) Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand Inform us of any recent Botox, fillers, or new medications 💖 Aftercare Guidance: Avoid hot showers, saunas, and swimming for 48 hours Use SPF 30+ daily on all treated areas, especially the hands Reapply SPF after washing hands Use a gentle moisturiser to support hydration Avoid perfumed products or tight clothing on the chest for 2 days No harsh exfoliants or active ingredients for 5–7 days post-treatment 🔒 Patch Test & Consultation Required: All clients must attend a free consultation and hand patch test at least 48 hours before their first treatment. Cancellation Policy

Treatment Cancellations Our goal is to provide quality treatments in a timely manner. In order to do so we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. The policy enables us to better utilise available appointments for our clients. Your appointment time has been specially reserved for you, should you be unable to keep your appointment 7 days notice is required. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a charge for the time and/or full prepayment of your next booking which will be non-refundable. Booking fees are non refundable, unless 7 days notice is given. In order to be respectful, please be courteous and call Jody Knight promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is requiring a treatment. To cancel appointments please call Tel:07540723071 at least 7 days before your appointment is due. If you do not reach Jody Knight, you may leave a detailed message on the voice mail. You may not cancel via email. No shows for general treatments, if you do not attend your treatment and fail to inform us you will forfeit your booking fee and have to re pay a booking fee to have another appointment.
